How to Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

We came across this video on CHOW that has an interesting technique that involves piercing the shells with a needle, cracking the eggs against the side of the pan, and dunking them in cold water. Take a look at the video and tell us what you think!

Seriously? It's not that complicated.

I just tap the egg against a flat surface all the way around and then pull apart the two halves of the shell. It takes a few seconds per egg.
